The people behind GlobiGames
globigames.com is a project of Cayrella Online B.V., Zeelandia Office Park, Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing 14, Willemstad, Curaçao. That company answers for every crypto casino review, coin explainer and bonus page across all eight editions. Mail goes to [email protected]; we keep no telephone desk.
Reading the site means agreeing
Each visit to a GlobiGames page counts as acceptance of the rules below. Readers who reject them should close the tab and look elsewhere. One rulebook covers the English edition and its seven siblings in German, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Korean.
What you get here
Our pages cover crypto casinos and sportsbooks, wallets and coins, bonus breakdowns, provably fair walkthroughs and industry news. GlobiGames spins no reels, books no wagers, keeps no deposits and holds no tokens on anyone's behalf. Since no stake ever touches us, we carry no gambling licence and require none.
Age and local law
Minors are not welcome. Readers need to have turned 18, or the older gambling age their home country fixes; Canadian visitors should note the threshold there reads 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). Many states limit or outlaw wagering with coins online, and a casino appearing on GlobiGames is no sign that you personally may sign up. Confirming your own position stays with you.
Links to casinos and other sites
Plenty of our pages point to casinos and coin exchanges. Part of those links are commission-bearing and run
via a /go/ path on our domain; How we make money lays out the mechanics.
After you click away, the destination's rulebook and data practices take over, and whatever account you create
there binds you and that casino alone, not us.
Accuracy
Bonus sizes, cashout ceilings and accepted coins are compared with each operator's own published rules, yet those shift constantly. Treat every number here as a dated reading, never as an offer from us. Everything we decline to guarantee sits in the disclaimer.
Reusing GlobiGames material
Articles, comparison tables, icons and artwork produced for GlobiGames are the publisher's property. Citing a brief excerpt is welcome provided GlobiGames gets named and the original review gets a link. Lifting full articles, crawling pages with bots or reposting our reviews requires our prior written consent. Brand marks of casinos, studios and coins stay with whoever holds them; we display them solely to show which brand a review is about.
Acceptable use
No hacking attempts, no flooding the server with scripted traffic, and no feeding the contact form with spam, promotions or insults. Such submissions get binned unanswered.
Privacy and cookies
Server logs and the cookies we place are set out in the privacy policy.
Liability
Subject to any rule that cannot be contracted away, the publisher bears no responsibility for gambling losses, for choices a casino makes about your account, or for decisions you base on our pages. Protections granted to you by binding consumer legislation remain intact.
Revisions
Whenever GlobiGames or the legal landscape shifts, this rulebook can be rewritten. Whichever text appears here, dated at its head, is binding.
